Synopsis: This Ordinance is being presented by City Council for Council’s review and approval. This Ordinance authorizes the City to enter into a Public Access and Leased Access Management Agreement with DETV which provides DETV with a three-year contract to construct, maintain, produce, and operate the Studio and Access Channel made available by Comcast of New Castle County.
