City Council to have Public Hearing on July 12, 2018

Pursuant to Resolution Nos. 18-044, 18-045, and 18-046 City Council public hearings are scheduled to take place on July 12, 2018 at 6:30pm

in Council Chambers on the proposed amendments to the Neighborhood Comprehensive Development Plans for Browntown/Hedgeville and South Wilmington and proposed annexation and rezoning of the properties located at 800 South Market Street, 810 South Market Street, 800 South Walnut Street, 0 Garasches Lane, a separate but adjacent property also known as 0 Garasches Lane, and 787 South Madison Street.   In addition, pursuant to Resolution No. 18-047, a public hearing is also scheduled for July 12, 2018 at 6:30 pm in Council Chambers regarding eleven proposed amendments to Chapter 48 of the Wilmington City Code to update the Zoning Code.
