Governor Carney issued a Stay at Home Order for Delawareans. All non-essential businesses are to close effective today Tuesday March 24 at 8:00 AM. So what does that mean for you? Check out this video for a “cliff notes” version of what our Governor is asking of every Delawarean under the Stay-at-Home order so that we can help control the spread of COVID-19.
