Synopsis: This Resolution is being presented by Council for Council’s review and approval. This resolution amends resolution 23-053 to update the personnel assignments for the 108th session of Wilmington City Council standing committees.

This Resolution amends Resolution No. 22-069 and Resolution 23-001 as amended to modify the date of submission for the findings and recommendations of the Fees and Fines Taskforce, or the “Taskforce,” to March 31, 2024.
Synopsis: This Resolution is being presented by the Administration for Council’s review and approval. This Resolution approves the City’s grant of an access easement in 501 Alapocas Drive to The Nemours Foundation to allow access to and from Old County Road.
Synopsis: This Resolution is being presented by the Administration for Council’s review and approval. This Resolution authorizes the Department of Public Works’ three grant applications to the federal government in the total amount of Eleven Million Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($11,860,000.00). The grant funds will be used to perform numerous water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Synopsis: This Ordinance is being presented by the Administration for Council’s review and approval. This Ordinance approves the “Riverside Phase 3” major subdivision plan and authorizes the City to accept the dedication of new segments of East 25th Street, East 26th Street, Edgemoor Avenue, and Rosemont Avenue as public rights-of-way and add them to the Official City Map.
Synopsis: This Ordinance is being presented by the Administration for Council’s review and approval. This Ordinance approves the “Liberty Street Properties” major subdivision plan, authorizes the City to remove Liberty Street, Nancy Street, and two unnamed alleys from the Official City Map, and authorizes the City to accept the dedication of new segments of Liberty Street, Lower Linden Street, and Lower Elm Street and add them to the Official City Map.
Synopsis: This Ordinance is being presented by Council for Council’s review and approval. This Ordinance amends Chapter 45 of the City Code to require the City to provide trash pick-up and recycling services to condominium owners.
