A Resolution to Fill the Vacancy in the First City Council District

Synopsis: This Resolution is being presented by City Council for Council’s review and approval. This Resolution appoints Subira Ibrahim, pursuant to Wilm. C. (Charter) Section 2-101 (“the city council, by a majority vote of all its remaining members, shall appoint a qualified person”), to fill the vacancy in the First City Council District.
