To Authorize Approval of Contract with NC4 Public Sector LLC to Provide Software for the Police Department’s Real Time Crime Center
This Ordinance is being presented by the Administration for City Council’s review and approval. If approved, Council would be authorizing the Administration, through the Wilmington Police Department, to enter into a three-year, $309,022 contract with NC4 Public Sector LLC. The agreement would allow Wilmington to use the NC4 Street Smart software in the WPD’s proposed Real Time Crime Center (RTCC). The $309,022 three-year contract cost includes a one-time licensing fee of $161,800. The agreement would allow for a renewal of the agreement for a period of one-year or greater with the mutual consent of the City and NC4 Public Sector LLC.
