Wilmington, DE – To help address the concerns that Wilmington residents have about insurance premiums and the rising prices of auto insurance in the city, 6th District Council Member Yolanda McCoy organized a Q&A session with Delaware Insurance Commissioner Trinidad Navarro to allow residents to engage directly with him and to gain valuable insights into the state of insurance premiums.
